  HE WAS FANTASTIC. HE HAS A GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER. VERY COMPASSIONATE. HE PERSONALLY CAME TO MY BEDSIDE NOT A PA. VERY PERSONALIZED SERVICE.MOST DOCTORS TODAY RELY TO MUCH ON PA'S HE DID NOT. HE GOT THE JOB DONE. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. JUST A GREAT HUMATARIAN. FANTASTIC SURGEON. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD COMMENTS ABOUT HIM ALSO.HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS.

  The worst service ever. I have called the front desk to schedule an appointment for someone else. Charlie from the front desk has transferred me to Katy from billing to check my insurance first. I have stated numerous times that this is not work related injury and provided the insurance plan for the person that needed the visit. 30 minutes later when they hanged up the phone couple times, and I have called back, Kathy transferred me back to Charlie to make an appointment. Charlie acted like she did not have any information and does not know what is happening. She wanted me to repeat all the information that I already gave to Katy. I have asked her to tell me when there will be appointment if any before we waste even more time on the phone. She acted like she can't hear me on the phone and hanged up. The doctor's reputation will suffer from the incompetent staff in his office.
